I am Rosario Bolados Mengers, psychologist and founder of RBM Centro de Bienestar Psicológico Integral. Throughout my life and career, I have dedicated my energy to studying and perfecting my skills to offer my patients what I also needed at the time: comprehensive support that addresses both the emotional and mental aspects.
My approach is based on offering comprehensive and personalized care, where I combine tools from work coaching, individual and couple therapy, mindfulness, and guided meditations. My goal is to help you find balance in all areas of your life, and accompany you in building healthier relationships, a greater connection with yourself, and the well-being you deserve.
My passion for psychology has led me to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and given the tools necessary to grow. I invite you to discover how we can work together to help you achieve your personal, emotional, and professional goals.
Additionally, I have created a support space for women who have faced difficulties in their relationships or in other areas of their lives. This group is designed to provide a safe and collaborative environment where women can share their experiences and support each other on their journey to healing and empowerment.
